Mellow Me Herbal Blend/Anti-Anxiety Tea/Anti-Stress Tea

Some of the herbs included in this blend are adaptogen herbs, Adaptogens work by interacting with the body's stress response system, helping to stabilize mood and improve performance and focus. Helping the body to adapt and learn to manage stressful moments induced by anxiety, feeling of being overwhelmed and in some cases my clients have advised it has helped them manage their ADD/ADHD. 

Directions: Use 1-2 teaspoon per 8-12 oz. water. Heat water to a boil ( I prefer to use my Keurig machine and let it pour over my tea) let water sit for 3 minutes as to not burn tea, pour over herbs steep 5-7 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
