Allergy Herbal Steam Pot/Allergy Relief/Decongestion Sinus Relief

With the change of season approaching, allergies and congestion can flare up, causing stuffy or runny noses, sneezing, and itchy eyes. Steaming natural herbs is known to treat such symptoms. Our handcrafted mixture of herbal steam with eucalyptus, spearmint, and peppermint, among others, may help ease the irritation of swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages. It may also relieve symptoms of cold and cough, including allergies, sinus congestion, and stuffiness.

⊛ This climate can dry out the mucous membranes in the airways and restrict blood flow. Conversely, steam adds warmth and moisture to the air, which may improve breathing and help loosen mucus inside the airways and lungs. 

Its ability to possibly help relieve nasal and throat passageways would also help relieve allergy-like symptoms as well as seasonal allergies/ Pollen allergies.

⊛ Steam inhalation is traditionally used as a home remedy for common colds and upper respiratory tract infections. The steam helps loosen mucus, open nasal passages, and reduce mucosal inflammation, which eventually helps with Bronchitis.

DIRECTIONS:

Pour 4-6 cups of boiling water into a large bowl and add 3-4 Tbsp. of the herbal mixture. Cover the head with a towel and position your face over the bowl, using the towel to hold the steam. With your eyes closed and face 8-10 inches away from the hot water, breathe in the herbal goodness for 15-20 minutes. Take open-air breaks if needed. Use 2-3 times a week. 

CAUTION:

The water will be very hot. Make sure the bowl of hot water is on a level, sturdy surface, and can’t be knocked over. Don’t shake or lean on the bowl. Keep the bowl of hot water out of reach of children or pets. For external use only. For chronic illness, please consult a physician before use.
